Our Community Development Projects is a program dedicated to uplifting families and
advancing education for succors by providing essential support and resources within the
community.
The Community Development Projects support SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities) by promoting resilient infrastructure and accessible services, ensuring families have the resources they need to rebuild and thrive. Inspired by Isaiah 58:12 ("Your people will rebuild the ancient ruins and will raise up the age-old foundations..."), the program helps create sustainable communities where families and individuals can prosper.
Aligned with SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), the program empowers individuals by providing essential skills and training that enable them to establish profitable businesses and contribute to economic growth. Guided by Proverbs 31:16 ("She considers a field and buys it; out of her earnings she plants a vineyard"), the program encourages entrepreneurial growth and financial independence as part of God’s plan for prosperity.
Through community-driven initiatives, GFS seeks to foster environments where individuals and families can grow together, rooted in the biblical principle of Jeremiah 29:7 (“Also, seek the peace and prosperity of the city to which I have carried you…”), emphasizing the importance of collective progress and the fulfillment of God’s purpose for sustainable and fruitful endeavors.
